Krishna Burra, the Director of Education for the Limestone District School Board (LDSB), shared the 2023-2024 Annual Report with the Board of Trustees at the December 4, 2024 Education, Policy, and Operations Board Meeting.

Dear Families, It is hard to believe that we are nearing the end of the third month of school. Given the time of year, Elementary Progress Reports and Secondary Mid-Term Report Cards were distributed earlier this month.

Student trustees play a crucial role that gives students a voice in the decisions that shape the school district. As a student trustee, you will have the opportunity to represent the student body and advocate for your peers.

Limestone District School Board has not participated in Take Our Kids To Work (TOKTW) Day in recent years. This was a Provincial initiative that is no longer supported, which makes it difficult for LDSB to continue the program. We have not promoted the program within schools.
