The Limestone District School Board (LDSB) has not been impacted by the recent PowerSchool cybersecurity incident as the board uses a different student information system. While LDSB does utilize PowerSchool for other services, those services have not been affected by the breach.

The Limestone District School Board (LDSB) is pleased to share that a comprehensive investigation has confirmed air quality at Kingston Secondary School (KSS) and Module Vanier is within acceptable limits and poses no concerns. Independent testing by environmental consulting firm Pinchin Ltd.

Limestone District School Board is hosting Grade 8 Parent Information Nights at our secondary schools across the region for families and students to attend. Parent information nights include a special presentation about the secondary school, programs available, and the registration process.

Krishna Burra, the Director of Education for the Limestone District School Board (LDSB), shared the 2023-2024 Annual Report with the Board of Trustees at the December 4, 2024 Education, Policy, and Operations Board Meeting.
