Immunization Reporting to South East Health Unit

Dear Families, 

The following message regarding immunization reporting is being shared on behalf of South East Health Unit (formerly KFL&A Public Health): 

The suspension date under the Immunization of School Pupils Act is April 8, 2025. 

If you received a notice from public health, please ensure all required documentation is submitted before that date. Please submit this information to South East Health Unit, not to your child’s school. 

We appreciate your efforts to keep our schools and communities healthy and safe, especially given the recent increase in measles activity in Ontario.
