In consultation with KFL&A Public Health, and with information from Environment Canada that indicates air quality will improve across the district, LDSB will be reinstating some outdoor activities at its schools, effective Thursday, June 8, 2023.

UPDATE: JUNE 6, 2023 11:47 A.M. In consultation with KFL&A Public Health, LDSB will be cancelling all outdoor extra-curricular activities and sporting events for the remainder of the day due to worsening air quality in the region, and students will remain indoors until dismissal.

Given the current air quality statement from Environment Canada and the forecast for tomorrow, the Limestone District School Board in consultation with KFL&A Public Health, is cancelling all outdoor activities for Tuesday, June 7, 2023.
