Global News: Grade 8 student plays major role in this year’s National Day of Truth and Reconciliation

On October 3, 2025, Global News featured Marshall Billings, a Grade 8 student at Cataraqui Woods Elementary School, who designed a shirt for National Day of Truth and Reconciliation and Orange Shirt Day. This shirt was available for purchase through the Kingston Native Centre and Language Nest.
