PA Days are used for various learning activities including assessment, school-based planning, and planning linked to the Board plan for student achievement, among others.

Topic: K-12 – Equitable Student Outcomes 
Facilitators: Teachers, Community Agency, and Administrators 
Guest Speakers: Robyne Hanley Dafoe and Dr. Lee Airton.
Description: Workshops will be provided with topics such as Literacy, Mathematics, Human Trafficking, Curriculum Implementation, Student Mental Health and Well-being at School. Workshops will provide practical and effective strategies in-person group sessions to support student learning.

Topic: Knowing Your Learner
Facilitators: School Administrators

Description:

Elementary: School teams will review practical and effective strategies in-person group sessions to support student learning with a focus on building equitable data practices and focusing on assessment for learning. Particular attention will focus on employing a UDL approach from data to planning.   

Secondary: School teams will review practical and effective strategies in-person group sessions to support student learning with a focus on System Critical Inquiry. The focus is building equitable data practices and focusing on assessment for learning. Particular attention will focus on the school learning plan.
 

The Limestone District School Board is situated on traditional territories of the Anishinaabe & Haudenosaunee.
