The 2019-2020 school year has been challenging for students, families and caregivers. In recognition of the significant impact related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Limestone mental health professionals are available to consult, complete well-being check-ins, and/or assist you in navigating community resources during the school break.

In addition, our team can provide consultation services to parents/caregivers regarding the mental health of their children.

If you would like to speak to a mental health professional, please call 613-417-3375. This service is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday to Thursday between July 13 and August 27, 2020.

This service is being provided thanks to new short-term funding from the Ministry of Education.

For additional local supports, please visit our Wellness Resources & Supports page.

Please note: This is not an emergency crisis support service. If you require immediate support, please contact 911 or go to your local hospital emergency department. Students can also call the Kids Help Phone Line 24/7 at 1-800-668-6868 or text “CONNECT” to 686868.

The Limestone District School Board is situated on traditional territories of the Anishinaabe & Haudenosaunee.
