Do you want to support excellence in education? Here are some ways you can help:
Giving On-Line: You can make your donation right now on-line using a credit card by clicking on the "Donate Now" icon located at the Top Right corner of any of our web pages. This link will enable you to make your donation to the LLF in a convenient, secure environment. Your gift will be deposited into our local bank account and we will be advised of your donation. Your tax receipt and acknowledgement will be e-mailed to you immediately.
Giving in Person: You can bring your donation to the Limestone District School Board office at 220 Portsmouth Avenue in Kingston, Ontario, Monday through Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. We accept cash, cheques, VISA, and Mastercard.
Giving by Mail: You can mail your cheque, money order, or credit card information to our office. Please make it payable to the Limestone Learning Foundation and mail to:

You can print out a Donation Form which you can mail with your gift. The Donation Form contains a section for you to complete the necessary information such as name of the donor, mailing address to which we should send your tax receipt, payment method, etc. Your donation is important to us - Please do not send cash through the
mail.
Giving by Phone: Please call (613) 544-6925 ext 210 to make your gift over the phone. You will need a valid VISA or Mastercard.
Tribute Gifts: A Tribute Gift is a meaningful way to make your donation in the name of a loved one or friend.
Your gift may be "In Memory of..." a loved one or friend who has passed away. There can be no more fitting tribute to the memory of a loved one or friend than to help make a better future for our children.
You may wish to make your "In Honour of..." gift to celebrate a birthday, anniversary, wedding, graduation, or any special occasion.

Gifts by Will (Bequests): A gift to the Limestone Learning Foundation in your Will is an excellent way to leave a lasting legacy that will live on. It can be as simple as a sentence in your Will or a Codicil appended to your existing Will. Please speak with us and your legal advisor about this very special gift.
Gifts of Life Insurance: A gift of life insurance can be an easy way to make a significant future gift to the Limestone Learning Foundation at a very modest cost to you today. Your gift can be either a new policy or an existing one. Please speak with us and your financial/insurance advisor about a gift of life insurance for more detail.
Gift Annuity: Depending on your age, a gift annuity can provide both a gift to the Limestone Learning Foundation and guaranteed income payments to you. Please speak with us and your financial advisor for more detail.
Gifts of Securities (Stocks): Many people today have securities such as stocks, bonds, mutual fund shares, etc. which may be the most tax-effective way for you to make a donation. Now that the Federal Goverment has eliminated the capital gains tax on listed securities donated to registered charities, this is a great way to make your gift! Please contact us and your financial advisor for more detail.
Corporate Gift Matching: If you work for a company with a Matching Gift Program, your donation could double! Just ask your Human Resources department and they will provide you with the proper form. This is a great way for companies to support their employees in charitable giving.
Third Party Special Events: If you or your group host a golf tournament, dinner, a dance, or other fundraising event, your donation of the proceeds to the Limestone Learning Foundation is sincerely appreciated and something to Celebrate! Please let us know in advance how you'd like to help so we can discuss your plans with you.
