To Register you
need to:

Step 1 - Select Boys or
Girls below |

Step 2 - On the next
screen choose your Region |

Step 3 - On the next
screen select your school |
|
Step 4 - To download the
file select Save on the screen that appears. |
|
Step 5 - Close the
browser and open the file (it is a Quattro Pro spreadsheet) -
complete the spreadsheet by fill in only the first and last names on
the athletes in the appropriate spot. To enter a relay team enter A
for the first name and your school name for the last name.
