Your Cross Country Team
To register our team you must:

is MONDAY, Sept. 28, 2009
The race are run in
the reverse order of the events numbers. For example, MIdget boys are event #1
but they run they will run last.
Note that you do NOT HAVE
TO FILL IN THE PROPER AGE AND GRADE FOR YOUR RUNNERS. All midget ,bantams, and
atoms are given the same age and grade. Fill in names only.

You must register your team if you are in division 1 or
2.

Once you have registered you can pick up your name tags
and pins at the finish line - they will be completed with the runner's name,
school and bib # already printed on it - no need for you to fill out tags.

You will still need to fill out team sheets for each
race. They will be available at the finish line.

Make sure you use a MISA computer
from your school.

Select your school from the proper region below.

You will be asked if you want to
open the file or save it. Be sure to select SAVE.

Download the file and save it on your computer.

Open the file and fill out the form

you fill in the students names only - do not
changes anything else on the form - you should be locked out of all
other cells |

please be sure to register ALL RUNNERS even if there
is only a chance that they might run. |

note that all age division are entered in the SAME
file (ie. MB, MG, BB, BG, AB & AG) |

When you have completed entering the names save the
files using your school name as the file name. |

You will
NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER A TEAM AT THE MEET
- IT MUST BE DONE ONLINE BY THE DEADLINE,
Register a runner even if there is only a
chance they may run. It is easier to
scratch them than add them on the day of the meet. |
