Directions to the  South Fredericksburg Fields for the Region 1 Cross-Country Race are as follows:

 From the East:

Take Bath Rd. (Hwy. 33) westbound 15 kms. past Camden East Rd. (County Rd. 4; Amherst Island ferry docks)

Turn Right (North) on Hwy. 21(on the west side of the Hydro Plant) and go 3.4 kms.

The South Fredericksburg Fields are on the west side of the road, by the MTO office.

 From the North
bullet

(At Hwy 401 or Hwy 2):  Take County Rd. 8 south through Napanee and continue

bullet

South past H.H. Langford P.S. and L.A.R.C.

bullet

Keep Right at the Fork where County Rd. 8 changes to Hwy. 21.  Continue South until the South Fredericksburg Fields.  The field is on your right.
