The Limestone Elementary School All
Star Games were played Wed night at Bayridge SS. Eighty boys and girls
representing 35 schools in the Limestone Board competed. Teams were divided into
Red and Blue teams.

In
the girls game, the Red team defeated the blue team 49-43. Abby McFie, from
Joyceville, playing for the
red team lead all scorers with 12 points. Alex Leggett from Lancaster and
Tiffany Amos from Harrowsmith added 8 and 6 points respectively. Top scorers for
the blue team were Hannah King from Truedell with 10 points and Nicole Crawford
from Henderson with 9.
In
the boys game, the Blue team defeated the Red team 37-34. For the red team
Stuart Johnson of Vanier had 8 points while Dexter Coughtrey from Truedell and
Jordan Fehr of Lancaster added 8 and 6 respectively. High scorer for the red
team was Isaac Foley from Winston Churchill with 7 points Austin Check of
Lancaster and Thomas Minnie of Harrowsmith both added 6 points.
