Planning Office The Planning Department is responsible for school boundaries, school accommodation planning, enrolment projection and building leasing. The department co-ordinates the necessary reporting of data to the Ministry of Education, and manages board facility lease renewals.  Annual school enrolment projections for all schools are prepared in the spring of each year.  As well, the department is responsible for reviewing all municipality planning documents and provides comments on behalf of Limestone DSB where applicable.    Planning Services Organizational Chart Name Title Extension Email Address Roger H.
