Strategic Planning
Success For All: Strategic Directions 2009 – 2014 is a comprehensive multi-component approach to strategic planning in the Limestone District School Board. Many of the planning documents that comprise Success For All: Strategic Directions are not new and have been implemented effectively in our Board for a number of years. Some of these can be viewed on-line, including the LDSB Special Education Plan, LDSB Accessibility Plan, and the LDSB Pandemic Response Plan.
Other components of Success For All: Strategic Directions have been more recently designed to reflect updated legislative requirements, current system needs, and best practices across the public education sector. The 5 Year Strategic Plan is a major component of our Strategic Directions that provides an overview of Board level planning, and aligns the Board’s Strategic Goals with multi-year objectives, annual initiatives and success indicators.
LDSB Trustees and senior staff respect that students, staff, employee associations, school councils, parents and community partners are highly vested in the actions and outcomes of the Limestone District School Board.
