Pathway - College

College is a school that you can attend after graduation from high school.  You generally study for 2 or 3 years and concentrate on learning about a subject area of interest to you.  After graduating from college, you will have a certificate or diploma, which will prepare you for a career in your area of study.

To attend college, you need to apply and then be accepted.  Colleges use admission requirements to select students.  The following are the general admission requirements for all college programs and some sample specific program admission requirements.

Many colleges and universities have partnership programs that allow students to transfer between schools and receive credit for completed course work.  Research this information in the website at the bottom of this page.
