Special Education / Educational Services Together We Can! Special Education Advisory Committee: Special Education Advisory Committee (SEAC) is a standing committee of the Limestone School Board. Its mandate is to advise the Board on matters related to the education of exceptional students. Annual Accessibility Plan Special Education Report 2010 - 2011 IPRC Information Guide: The purpose of this parents’ guide is to provide you with information about the Identification, Placement, and Review Committee (IPRC). It sets out for you the procedures involved in identifying a pupil as “exceptional”, deciding the pupil’s placement, or appealing such decisions if you do not agree with the IPRC.
