Student Success Parents & Students Mathematical Literacy

Mathematical Literacy Mathematical literacy remains a crucial skill for success in every career pathway. Mathematical literacy is evaluated by the Educational Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) in Grades 3 and 6, and finally in Grade 9. The Limestone District School Board is dedicated to ensuring that students receive the support required to be successful in all areas including mathematical literacy. Each of our schools will offer programs to support students in attaining high levels of achievement in mathematics.
