Congratulations, and thank you, to the over 70 LDSB students who came out to audition for the Canadian Crystal Concert, and the over 35 students who returned for a second audition. Show producers are now in the process reviewing auditions of those students who were called back. Students will contacted through e-mail.
Show producers were overwhelmed with the number, and calibre, of students who auditioned. To perform on a world-class stage, and be mentored by industry leaders are life-changing experiences. It is what the Limestone District School Board and the Limestone Learning Foundation is all about. Helping students to discover their passions, and supporting them in their pathway to achieve it. Although we are not able to offer all students an opportunity to sing in the concert, we encourage students to continue to grow and develop their talents. Please accept our sincere gratitude for your interest in being involved in the Canadian Crystal Concert.
Student musicians have until Friday, April 29 to upload their video auditions to the LLF Canadian Crystal Facebook page. The Canadian Crystal band will be responsible for accompanying the selected student vocalists for a 60-minute performance.
