        A Special Board  meeting of the Limestone District School Board was held in the Board Room at the Limestone Education Centre, 220 Portsmouth Avenue, Kingston, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012, at 7:00 p.m.

Chair Chadwick called the meeting to order, welcoming those present to this evening’s Special Board Meeting.

DECLARATION OF CONFLICT OF INTEREST

The Chair stated that on the agenda, an item “Labour Update” is listed in Private Session; however, she noted that there would not be a labour update this evening.

No Trustee declared a conflict of interest.

MOVED BY Trustee Goodfellow, seconded by Trustee Crawford, that the agenda, as amended, be adopted.– Carried

RECESS TO PRIVATE SESSION

MOVED BY Trustee Jackson, seconded by Trustee Murray, that the Board recess to Private Session at 7:02 p.m.–Carried

TRI-BOARD STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES – UPDATE RE: REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR SCHOOL BUS ROUTES

Steve Wowk, Chief Executive Office at Tri-Board Student Transportation Services Inc., provided an overview of Tri-Board Student Transportation Services Inc.’s Request for Proposal for School Bus Routes.
